Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days once receiving your item to request a return.
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce refunds if items show signs of wear beyond reasonable inspection (e.g. stains, odours, damage, or missing tags).
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

with your order details.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including offering a replacement or full refund where required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised items
Sale Items
Sale items may be returned unless otherwise stated, but must still meet all return conditions above.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Original standard delivery costs will be refunded (where required under UK law)
- Any upgraded delivery costs are non-refundable
