Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

We use Royal Mail 24 Tracked for all orders.

This service provides tracking and delivery confirmation for your peace of mind.

 

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery is estimated at:

  • 1–2 business days (UK Mainland)

While most orders arrive within this timeframe, delivery times may occasionally vary due to postal delays outside of our control.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: Calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping on all orders over £60 (UK only)

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying amount is reached.

 

Order Tracking

All orders sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked include tracking information.

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delays

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or external factors such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Postal strikes
  • Busy seasonal periods

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at Shop@Streetcode.uk and we will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue.
